Course Overview
Sarf (Arabic Morphology) is the branch of Arabic language studies that deals with word structure and patterns. While Nahw focuses on sentence structure and grammar, Sarf focuses on how individual words are formed, changed, and derived from root letters.
This course delves into the essential grammatical rules that govern Arabic verbs and nouns. By the end of this course, you will study how verbs and nouns function within sentences, their respective grammatical positions, and the different types of rulings that apply to them—such as case endings, transitivity, and tense for verbs.
